You can easily find out the following questions with the various reports:

You can also compare time periods in etracker reports to better highlight developments. However, the web analytics tool offers you even more: It provides the best of both worlds. If you work with the program as an administrator, you can enable support for UTM parameters. These parameters are the Google campaign parameters used to tag external campaigns. This way, you don't have to re-tag marketing campaigns when you want to switch to etracker.
However, it often happens that you do not have access to the configuration and implementation of etracker. In this case, it may happen that you want to send campaign traffic to landing pages where etracker is not installed. As of October 2019, etracker stores data on servers in Germany and complies with GDPR requirements. Proper handling of cookies is, of course, also ensured. However, the software goes beyond that.

In addition to the default privacy feature and the basic and marketing reports, etracker also offers features that other providers do not have. This includes, for example, the campaign tool, which allows you to generate campaign parameters for external marketing campaigns directly in the user interface. The advantage: Two links are generated directly:
Parameters for pages with embedded etracker code
Complete URL with parameters for pages without embedded etracker code
This way, you can decide which link you need and use it. You can also easily analyze users' scrolling and clicking behavior. Depending on the type of analysis, the web analytics tool offers simple heatmaps that visually display how far users have scrolled or whether they have interacted. Form analyses are also available.
You can also create your own reports and even define them as standard. This applies not only to the individual reports but also to the basic and marketing reports, which you can completely redesign.
