The next step is for us to get to know you personally. You can discuss content with the department heads and convince them of your skills. You'll get to know our team and work environment and get a feel for your future tasks.
Feedback
Based on our conversations and the insights we have gained mutually about each other, we will come to a decision. You will of course receive timely feedback, even if we don't have a suitable position for you.
